No Building Permit shall be issued for any development unless it has been determined
that the building site has adequate access, in accordance with the Minimum Building
Site Frontage Requirements of Chapter 58, Part 2, Figure 1, to a street which complies with one of the following:
Public Street.
A public street which has been constructed to City standards and dedicated or conveyed
by plat, deed or other legal process to the City, Orange County or the State of Florida,
or which has become a public street under or by act of Florida law; or
Private Street.
A street which has been approved under the private street requirements of Chapter 65, or which was approved by the City as a private street prior to the effective date
of this Chapter.
