§ 61.233. Platting Required.

The rights-of-way of all private streets shall be required to be platted as a separate parcel in accordance with the Subdivision Review Procedures of Chapter 60, Part 1. A note shall be lettered across the private street on the Plat, stating the name of the street, the words "A PRIVATE STREET," and, if not on the face of the Plat, the Plat Book Page and number where the use and maintenance restrictions may be found.
