§ 61.235. On-Going Maintenance of Private Streets.

All private streets shall be maintained in conformity with the requirements of Chapter 65, Part 5D. Failure to maintain a private street in accordance with the minimum requirements of this Chapter, established City standards and the developers agreements and other documents establishing the private street shall be considered a violation of this Chapter, and subject to enforcement in accordance with the procedures of Chapter 5. In such cases, citations of violation shall be issued both to the entity(ies) responsible for the maintenance of the private street, and to all property owners having beneficial use of or legal interest in the private street.
