§ 61.331. When Bicycle Parking Requirements Apply.

The bicycle parking requirements of this Part shall apply to all new development, substantial improvements and substantial enlargements. Whenever the use at an existing building or structure is changed to another use, so that the amount of existing bicycle parking on-site is less than required by this Part, additional spaces shall be provided in the amount required by this Part, unless a Modification of Standards or Zoning Variance is approved.
