§ 62.101. Relationship to the Growth Management Plan.

The regulations and requirements herein set forth have been established in accordance with the Growth Management Plan. Specifically, this Chapter provides regulations to implement the following Goals, Objectives and Policies contained in the City's Growth Management Plan: Historic Preservation Goal #1; Historic Preservation Objectives 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8; and Policies 1.1.1, 1.2.1, 1.4.1, 1.4.2, 1.5.1, 1.5.2, 1.6.1, 1.7.1 and 1.8.1; Urban Design Goals, Objectives and Policies.
