Chapter 62. HISTORIC PRESERVATION AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN |

§ 62.406. Orange Blossom Trail Special Plan.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of this Special Plan is to encourage appropriate redevelopment and revitalization of properties in this area by allowing the existing wide variety of land uses to continue. This variety of land uses will occur within the framework of a Mixed Use Corridor, and with the exception of the land uses authorized below all regulations of the underlying zoning districts shall continue to apply.
ADDITIONAL PERMITTED ACTIVITIES
MU-1 District. In addition to the uses shown in Chapter 58, Figure II-2, the following uses shall be permitted uses in the MU-1 district:
Auto service station.
Light manufacturing and processing.
Intensive retailing.
Business services.
Entertainment services.
Intensive services.
Personal services.
Vehicle major repair services.
Warehouse/showroom.
Wholesaling and warehousing.
In addition to the uses shown in Chapter 58, Figure II-2, the following uses shall be conditional uses in the MU-1 district:
Eating and drinking establishments*.
Vertiports.
Hotels/motels*.
Outdoor recreation.
Temporary labor agencies.
Whole blood facilities.
*These uses shall also be permitted uses as part of a mixed use development.
