§ 63.234. Use Limitations.

Uses shall be permitted in accordance with the Zoning District and Use Regulations of Chapter 58, except that the following uses shall be prohibited in all primary groundwater recharge areas:
(a)

Junk Yards.

(b)

Outside Storage of hazardous or toxic wastes.

(c)

Tank farms and other petroleum products storage.
