A temporary sign announcing any public, charitable, educational or religious event
or function may be located on the premises of the sponsoring institution. Signs may
not exceed twenty-four (24) square feet in area, if ground mounted shall be no more
than six (6) feet in height to the top of the sign, and shall not be illuminated.
Signs shall not be located in the front fifty (50) percent of any required yard and
shall be allowed no more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event and no more than
three (3) days after its termination.
Sign boots shall be permitted for a maximum of ninety (90) days. No variances shall
be granted by the Board of Zoning Adjustment.
