The ARB shall consist of seven members. Members must be nominated and appointed to
the ARB pursuant to Article XV, Chapter 2, of this Code, after consultation with the
Chair of the DDB. At least five members of the ARB must live, work, or own property
within the jurisdictional boundaries of the ARB, and at least four members must be
either a planner, architect, landscape architect, sign designer, graphic designer,
or lawyer, with as many different professions represented as is practicable.
