§ 65.130. Historic Preservation Board Created; Appointment of Members; Compensation.

There is hereby created and established an Historic Preservation Board which shall consist of nine (9) members who shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Members of the Board shall serve without pay but shall be reimbursed by the City for necessary expenses incurred in connection with their duties.
