§ 65.133. Organization; Officers; Rules; Meetings.

  • Election of Officers. Officers shall be elected in accordance with Section 2.122.

    Rules. The Board shall establish rules which may include any rules necessary for the orderly conduct of its business.

    Meetings. All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public.

    Records. The Board shall keep a record, which shall be open to public view, of its resolutions, proceedings and actions.

    Executive Secretary. The Historic Preservation Officer shall be the executive secretary and the City Planning Bureau, Office of Legal Affairs, Community Improvement and Building Inspection Bureaus shall provide administrative support.
