§ 65.200. Designation of Public Works Director as Administrative Official.

It shall be the duty of the Public Works Director, in coordination with the Planning Director, to serve as the principal administrative official for the implementation of this Chapter where such provisions relate primarily to engineering or transportation engineering considerations, or where they relate to the installation of required improvements.
