§ 65.250. Purpose of the Application for Development Approval Requirements.

This part is established to provide for standards and procedures the consideration of Application for Development Approval for a Development of Regional Impact, through a legislative review by the Municipal Planning Board and the City Council. In addition, this section provide authority for the review of Determination of Substantial Deviation.
