§ 65.257. Determination of Substantial Deviation.

The Municipal Planning Board and the City Council shall be authorized to review applications for determination of substantial deviation in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 65, Part 2H, Master Plan Review and subject to the requirements of Florida Statutes ch. 380.
