§ 65.260. Purpose of Annexation and Initial Zoning Requirements.

This part is established to provide standards and procedures for the consideration of annexation and initial zoning requests, through a legislative review by the Municipal Planning Board and the City Council. The Chief Administrative Officer or his designee may waive the requirements set forth in this Part for a pre-application conference and Technical Review Committee and Municipal Planning Board review.
