SUBMITTALS—ANNEXATION AND INITIAL ZONING |
§ 65.266. General Requirements.
Along with the annexation/initial zoning application, the applicant shall submit the following:
1.
A Recent Boundary Survey and Metes and Bounds Legal Description: As completed by a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper.
2.
Initial Zoning Proposed: A statement setting forth the specific Zoning Map Amendment proposed, including:
(a)
Existing zoning districts and boundaries for all land within the subject area.
(b)
Proposed zoning districts and boundaries.
(c)
Proposed number of dwelling units and square footage by land use type, if known.
3.
Consent of Owners: The petition for annexations shall be signed by all owners, mortgagees, and contract purchasers of the property.
4.
Reasons for Request: A statement of the reasons for requesting the annexation and initial zoning.
5.
Statement of consistency with the Growth Management Plan.
