§ 65.273. General Requirements.

All applications for Building Permits shall be accompanied by the following information and materials. No application shall be deemed accepted unless it is complete.

Final Site Plans. All submittals required for final site plan approval in accordance with Chapter 65, Part 2H, unless specifically exempted under that Part.

Other Permits Required by This Chapter. Approved plans and/or permits for all matters which may be required by this Chapter, including all zoning permits and approvals and all engineering permits and approvals.

Submittals Required by the Building Code. All information required by the Orlando Building Code (Chapter 13 of the City Code).

Evidence of Concurrency Compliance. Evidence that the concurrency evaluation required by Chapter 59 was conducted, that adequate capacity is available and has been encumbered, reserved or otherwise committed for the applicant's project.

Other Information. Such other information as the Building Official may reasonably require to ensure compliance with the provisions of this City Code.
