Lands designated Urban Village and Airport Support District-Medium Intensity on the
Official Future Land Use Map shall undergo Development Plan Review for Planned Development.
The PD review process is intended to be flexible so that, depending on the size, complexity,
and novelty of a proposed development and the desires of the applicant, approval or
denial may be either a one-step, two-step, or multiple-step procedure. The first possible
step, Concept Review, is optional. The first required step is Development Plan Approval,
after which there are one or more required steps for Detail Approval. If an applicant
wishes, he may apply for any required Detail Approval concurrently with Development
Plan Approval.
