§ 65.301. Relationship to the Growth Management Plan.

The Modification of Standards requirements implement the Growth Management Plan Urban Design Element Goals 1 and 4 and Objectives 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 4.1, relating to the perpetuation of the positive design elements of the Traditional City within the Traditional City. In addition, this Part implements Urban Design Element Goals 2 and 3 and Objectives 2.1, 2.1, and 3.1 related to urban design outside of the Traditional City.
