§ 65.306. The Review Process.

Upon acceptance of the application, the Zoning Official shall review it and render his decision approving, approving with conditions, or denying the request. A modification of standards report shall be issued and be attached to the Final Site Plan. Application shall be made to the Planning and Development Department in conformance with the submittal requirements of this Part.
