§ 65.309. General Standards.

No modification may be granted under this Part unless:

Growth Management Plan. The request is consistent with all applicable policies of the City's adopted Growth Management Plan.

Conformance with this Chapter. Whether the request is in conformance with any applicable substantive requirements of this Chapter.

Land Use Compatibility. Whether the extent to which the request would result in any incompatible land uses or have a negative impact on adjacent land uses and whether such impact is mitigated by the site design.

Adequate Public Facilities. The application would not overburden or otherwise adversely impact public facilities.

Public Health, Safety and Welfare. The proposed modification would not negatively affect the public health, safety, and welfare and whether the request is necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare.
