§ 65.345. Effect of Final Site Plan Approval.

If a Building Permit is not approved concurrently with Final Site Plan approval, the final site plan shall be effective for a period of one year, subject to the provisions of Chapter 59 unless otherwise specified at time of approval, in which time the applicant must apply for a Building Permit and submit Construction Drawings. If a building permit is not applied for within one year of the date of final approval, said approval shall be deemed null and void.
