§ 65.333. Submittal of the Application.

The applicant shall submit to the Planning and Development Department a Master Plan application which conforms to the requirements below in this Part. No application shall be deemed accepted unless it is complete.

Simultaneous First Phase Preliminary Plat/Plan Application. Whenever Master Plan Review is required, the applicant may also apply simultaneously for Preliminary Plat and/or Preliminary Plan Review of the first phase of the proposed development.
