§ 65.330. Purpose of Site Plan Review.

The Site Plan review process set forth in this Part is intended to ensure that single-building-site development in the City of Orlando takes place in an orderly and efficient manner through a process analogous to Subdivision Plat Review, which provides adequate public review appropriate to the size and complexity of the proposed development, and is coordinated with the Subdivision Review process.
