§ 65.361. How Zoning Map Amendments may be Initiated.

A zoning map amendment may be initiated by:
City Council. The City Council may authorize a zoning map amendment application, and shall refer the matter to the Municipal Planning Board for review and action in accordance with this Part.

Municipal Planning Board. The Municipal Planning Board may authorize a zoning map amendment application, and shall review and take action on the matter in accordance with this Part.

Property Owner(s). Except where the requirements of a particular zoning district specify otherwise, the property owner(s) of 51% or more of the area involved shall submit an application for review in accordance with this Part.
