§ 65.363. Submittal of the Application.

The applicant shall submit to the Planning and Development Department a Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) application which conforms to the submittal requirements of this Part, in multiple copies as determined by the Planning Official. No application shall be deemed accepted unless it is complete. Deadlines for applications shall be established and adhered to.
