§ 65.365. Unauthorized Changes in Zoning Map Prohibited.

No substantive changes of any nature affecting property shall be made in the Official Zoning Map or any matter shown thereon except in conformity with the procedures and requirements of this Chapter and/or other applicable law. It shall be unlawful for any person to make any unauthorized change in the maps or Official Zoning Atlas. Any violation of this provision shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1 of this City Code and as otherwise provided by law.
