§ 65.374. Submittal of the Application.

Latest version.

The applicant shall submit to the Planning and Development Department an Administrative Variance application which conforms to the submittal requirements of this Part in 4 copies. No application shall be deemed accepted unless it is complete. Deadlines for applications shall be established and adhered to.
