§ 65.370. Purpose of Zoning Variance Requirements.

This Part is established to provide standards and procedures for the granting of Zoning Variances from the provisions of this Chapter through a quasi-judicial review by the Board of Zoning Adjustment where they find that there are conditions peculiar to the property which create undue construction or development hardships in complying with the strict letter of this Chapter.
