SUBMITTALS—ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE |
§ 65.376. General Requirements.
Along with the Administrative Variance application, the applicant shall submit the following:
An Accurate Up-to-Date Survey: As completed by a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper, in two copies.
A Site Plan: Showing the complete property, indicating the size of the existing and proposed buildings, spacing, all setbacks, individual parking spaces, access drives, and a floor plan of the proposed improvements.
Consent to Agents: If title to the property is not in the applicant's name and the property owner does not sign the application, one of the following must be submitted:
(a)
Document signifying the owner's approval or consent; or
(b)
Applicant's affidavit.
