§ 65.392. Limitations on Timing of Amendments.

Amendments to Growth Management may be made twice per calendar year, in accordance with the requirements of Florida Statutes ch. 163. In addition, the following amendments may be permitted consistent with the Growth Management Plan regardless of the twice per year limit:
(a)

Amendments directly related to a proposed Development of Regional Impact, including substantial deviations and Florida Quality Developments.

(b)

Amendments directly related to proposed small scale development activities pursuant to Florida Statutes § 163.3187(1)(c).

(c)

Amendments pursuant to an emergency as defined in Florida Statutes § 163.3187(1)(c), if approved by all members of the City Council.
