§ 65.398. Restrictions or Prohibitions on Growth Management Plan Amendments in Certain Districts.

Activity Center Designations. Special Growth Management Plan amendment standards and submittal requirements of the GMP Future Land Use Policies 2.1.4 and 2.1.5 shall apply.

Mixed Use Corridor Designations. Special Growth Management Plan amendment standards and submittal requirements of the GMP Future Land Use Policies 2.2.3 and 2.2.4 shall apply.

Office High Intensity. Special Growth Management Plan amendment standards of the GMP Future Land Use Policy 2.3.2 shall apply.

Conservation Designation. Special Growth Management Plan amendment standards of the GMP Conservation Policy 1.7.5 shall apply.
