§ 65.399. General Requirements.

  • Official Future Land Use Map Amendment. Along with the application for an Official Future Land Use Map Growth Management Plan amendment, the following shall be required in multiple copies as determined by the Planning Official:

    A Recent Boundary Survey and Legal Description: As completed by a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper.

    Site Plan: Depicting the proposed development (required for rezonings to Activity Center and Mixed Use Corridor designations).

    Market Study: Required for Activity Center designations only. The Market Study shall be prepared in accordance with the guidelines prepared by the Planning and Development Department. The cost of the Market Study shall be borne by the applicant.

    Vacant Land Analysis: Required for Activity Center and Mixed Use Corridor designations only.

    Transportation Study: Required for Activity Center and Mixed Use Corridor designations only. The Transportation Study shall be prepared under the direction of the City of Orlando in accordance with the guidelines prepared by the Planning and Development Department. The cost of the Transportation Study shall be borne by the applicant.

    Consistency with the Growth Management Plan: A statement showing how the proposed amendment is consistent with all applicable provisions of the Growth Management Plan.

    Other Information: Other additional material and information as the Planning Official may reasonably require.
