§ 65.403. Sale of Unrecorded Lots Prohibited.

Except as expressly provided herein, no person shall sell or transfer any land in a subdivision before a Subdivision Plat has been approved and recorded in accordance with the requirements of this Code. Violation of this Section shall be punishable in accordance with Chapter 1 of this City Code. However, nothing herein shall be construed as affecting the validity of transfers of interests in lands, whether by private act or operation of law.
