Except where this requirement is specifically waived by the Planning Official, any
applicant applying for Minor or Major plat review shall meet with the staff of the
City Planning Division, the Office of Permitting Services and the City Surveyor or
his/her designee, prior to submitting the application to discuss the procedures and
requirements which will apply to the proposed development.
