§ 65.435. Expiration of Subdivision Approval.

All plats shall be recorded within one year of City Council approval pursuant to Section 3F, or the plat approval shall expire. One extension for an additional one year may be granted by the Planning Official if he or she finds that the developer has diligently pursued the application.
