§ 65.442. The Review Process.

(A)

Office of Permitting Services. Upon receipt of the Final plat, a copy of which shall be forwarded by the Office of Permitting Services to other appropriate City staff and departments for review. The Final plat shall conform to the Preliminary Subdivision and include any conditions imposed during the preliminary approval process under section 65.432 herein or modifications approved under Section 3G. Upon the completion of the Review Process, as provided herein, the applicant shall submit to the Office of Permitting Services, a mylar Final plat executed by the Owner(s) and Mortgagee(s).

(B)

Review Standards. No Final plat shall be accepted unless:

(1)

The Final plat is in conformance with the Preliminary Subdivision and applicable provisions of City Code and State law;

(2)

All required agreements, escrows, dedications and reservations have been executed; and

(3)

All required fees or charges have been paid.

(4)

The Final plat is in conformance with any previous conditions imposed by a Master Plan, Planned Development, or Conditional Use Permit, or any other land development approval.

(C)

City Council Review. The Final plat shall be forwarded to City Council in substantially recordable form for approval or denial. City Council shall approve the plat if it conforms to the applicable provisions of City Code and State law.
