§ 65.444. Revisions After Final Plat Recording.

Latest version.

No changes, erasures or revisions shall be made to the Final plat after it has been recorded unless a new Final plat is submitted under this Code. This shall not affect the right to file an affidavit confirming error on a recorded plat as provided by law.
