§ 65.472. Changes in Approved Certificate of Appropriateness Allowed.

Any change in work proposed subsequent to the issuance of a Certificate of Appropriateness
shall be reviewed by the Historic Preservation Officer or his designee. If the Historic
Preservation Officer or his designee finds that the proposed change does not materially
affect the historic character of the structure(s) or the proposed change is in accord
with approved guidelines, standards, and Certificates of Appropriateness previously
approved by the Historic Preservation Board, the officer may issue a supplementary
Certificate of Appropriateness for such change. If the proposed change may not be
in accord with guidelines, standards, or Certificates of Appropriateness previously
approved by the Board, a new application for a Certificate of Appropriateness shall
be required.
