In their review of applications for appearance approval the Appearance Review Official
and the ARB must apply relevant appearance standards found in the City's Growth Management
Plan, this Code, the City of Orlando Community Redevelopment Agency's community redevelopment
plan adopted pursuant to Part III, Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, the adopted Downtown
Design Guidelines, the adopted Downtown Orlando Streetscape Guidelines, and the adopted
Facade Design Guidelines, all as may be amended from time to time.
