§ 65.541. When Required Improvements Regulations Apply.

The improvement requirements of this Part shall apply to all development proposals requiring Subdivision Plat approval, Site Plan approval (permitting), or Development Plan approval under this Code. No Subdivision Plat, Site Plan, or Development Plan shall be approved unless assurance is provided that required improvements will be installed in accordance with this Part.
