§ 65.543. General Requirements.

(A)

Growth Management Plan. All required improvements shall be consistent with the adopted GMP of the City of Orlando.

(B)

Standards and Specifications. All improvements required by this Code shall be built to the standards and specifications of this Code, and in accordance with any additional requirements and policies of the City Engineer. All required improvements shall be installed by and at the expense of the developer/builder, except as specifically provided by this Code.

(C)

Professional Engineer Required. A Florida registered professional engineer shall be employed to design and certify the installation of all required improvements to be dedicated to a public body. The engineer shall prepare all plans for such improvements. All plans for such improvements shall be approved by the Director of Public Works prior to construction.
