§ 65.552. The Review Process.

(A)

Departmental Review. The City Engineer shall forward the Subdivision Construction Drawings to all appropriate City departments, bureaus and agencies for review. Within 30 days of the acceptance of the Subdivision Construction Drawings for processing and review, each appropriate City department or agency shall provide comments to the City Engineer. The City Engineer shall give final approval or disapproval, stating in writing any reasons for disapproval.

(B)

Review Standards. Subdivision Construction Drawings shall conform to the approved Major Subdivision Plat, including any conditions, and shall also conform to all other City regulations in effect at the time of Major Subdivision Plat approval.
