§ 65.594. Dredging Under 400 Cubic Yards.

When the quantity of material to be dredged from a lake is less than four hundred cubic yards of material, the applicant shall submit a boundary survey showing the limits of any contemplated land fill created as the result of the dredging operation, and a statement designating the anticipated earliest date of commencement and the latest date of completion of dredging operations.
