§ 65.611. General Requirements.

If any person shall feel aggrieved by any determination or demand made under this Chapter by the Public Works Director, City Engineer or Transportation Engineer, he shall have the right to an administrative review of such determination or demand in accordance with the procedures of this Part, based upon undue financial difficulty, gross inconvenience or other specific problems relating to this Chapter.

Exception for Floodplain Variances and Appeals. For procedures for variances and appeals from determinations concerning Floodplain Development Permits, see Part 6D of this Chapter.
