§ 65.614. Appeal to City Council.

Where the final determination is appealed to the Orlando City Council, the City Council shall schedule a hearing thereon within 30 days following receipt of such appeal and shall notify the Public Works Director and the aggrieved person of the date and time of such hearing and shall permit them to present evidence and argument of the hearing. After the hearing, the City Council shall come to a determination on the matter; and such determination shall be the final position of the City.
