§ 65.642. Expiration of Permit.

Permit(s) for tree removal or tree encroachment not in connection with a site plan, building permit or a subdivision plat, issued by the Parks Official, shall become void ninety days after the issue date. Concurrence of the Parks Official to the issuance of a site plan, building permit or approval to a subdivision plat shall be for the period of the document's validity.
