§ 65.644. Appeals.

Any person who believes that he is adversely affected by a decision of the Parks Official in the enforcement or interpretation to this Part may appeal by filing a written notice of appeal to the City Council with a copy to the City Clerk within ten days after receipt of such written decision. The City Clerk will schedule a hearing and notify the parties involved. At such hearing the applicant may present to the City Council facts in support of his position.
