§ 65.815. Standards for Review.

In considering a Part 1: Preconstruction Application or a Part 2: Final Application, the Historic Preservation Officer and the Historic Preservation Board shall follow the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation and Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings, as revised, and as summarized in Section 62.201. The Historic Preservation Officer and the Historic Preservation Board shall also follow the Design and Demolition Standards contained in Part 7 of Section 62, and any standards in the ordinance designating a Historic Landmark or a particular area of the City of Orlando as an HP Overlay district.
