§ 65.819. Notice to Property Appraiser.

Within three (3) business days following receipt by the Historic Preservation Officer from the applicant of a certified copy of the recorded Preservation Exemption Covenant, the Historic Preservation Officer shall transmit a copy of the approved Part 2: Final Application to the Orange County Property Appraiser, with instructions that the Property Appraiser provide the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Exemption to the applicant. A copy of the letter of transmittal to the Orange County Property Appraiser shall be sent to the applicant within three (3) business days following its submission.
